Print flat
The STL has a flat underside. Place it on the build plate with the socket openings facing up. Inspect the openings in your slicer before printing.
DIY · 2BA & PUSH-FIT SOCKETS
Store shafts or complete flight systems in a clean grid. The recommended 2BA Normal fit has a thread profile, but lets you press shafts in and pull them out by hand. Choose a tighter fit if you prefer to screw them in, then download your stand or an eight-socket fit test.
Recommended: 2BA Normal is a press-in fit despite the modeled threads. For a screw-in feel, try 2BA Tight. Printer tolerances vary, so use the fit test first.
Fit test, left to right: 1–4 threaded Tight, Normal, Loose, Extreme loose; 5–8 push fit Tight, Normal, Loose, Extreme loose. One to eight dots mark the sockets on the print.
FROM THE PRINT BED
A printed stand in use with different dart shafts. Choose your own layout and fit in the configurator above.

Threaded Normal is intended for pressing shafts in without turning them. Try threaded Tight if you prefer to screw them in. Smooth push-fit sockets have no thread profile and offer 0, 0.05, 0.10 or 0.15 mm radial clearance from the 4.7 mm external 2BA diameter. Printed fit varies; test before making a full stand.
The stand is one piece. Its footprint changes with the grid and spacing controls; a 30 × 9 grid at 50 mm spacing is about 1.47 × 0.42 m. Check its dimensions in your slicer.
